Privacy Policy

What we collect: Your name, email address, phone number, membership details, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — HSNA does not store card numbers).
How we use it: To manage your membership, send receipts, deliver event and training notifications, and send SMS updates you've opted in to receive.
SMS program: Phone numbers are collected during membership signup, through the Member Portal, when added by an administrator, or when you text us. Phone numbers and SMS consent are used solely for HSNA communications and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Opt out: Reply STOP to any HSNA text, or email hsna@houstonsna.org to be removed.
Data storage: Member data is stored securely in our backend and retained for as long as your membership is active or as required for tax and nonprofit recordkeeping.
